28-07-2011 — Saleslogix 7.2 Officially Retires!

Version 7.2 officially retired as of the end of July 2012. All users are encouraged to upgrade to v7.5.x. From 1st August 2012 only critical issues (such as those causing data loss or security issues) will be fixed. However, should an urgent issue arise past this date then Swiftpage may release hot-fixes as applicable, but are not required to do so.

Customers who are currently running v7.2, have an active support contract, and wish to upgrade should speak to us in order to facilitate an upgrade to v7.5.x

Please Note: Despite the above – empath-e are pleased to continue support for customers currently on this release and will continue to do so using reasonable endeavours, subject to the above provisions.
