07-11-2009 — Saleslogix 7.0 Officially Retires!

Version 7.0 officially retired in November 2009. All users are encouraged to upgrade to v7.5.x. No further hot-fixes or service packs are expected to be released. However, should an urgent issue arise Swiftpage may release hot-fixes as applicable, but are not required to do so.

Customers who are currently running v7.0, have an active support contract, and wish to upgrade should speak to us in order to facilitate an upgrade to v7.5.

Please Note: Despite the above – empath-e are pleased to continue support for customers currently on this release and will continue to do so using reasonable endeavours, subject to the above provisions.

Addresses a problem where Word crashes when using the Send to Mail Recipient (as Attachment) option with Saleslogix version 7.0.1. Service Pack 1 for Saleslogix 7.0 (7.0.1) was released on 23rd January 2007. This Service Pack replaces ALL previous service packs and hot-fixes for 7.0. Please consult the fixed issues list and  release notes for more information. Additionally, this fixes the previous issues with Daylight Savings Time (DST) that required a registry fix.
