<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;">With the excitement of the <strong>iOS7</strong> released on <strong>19th September 2013</strong>, Saleslogix Support has  received feedback that, upon upgrading to iOS7, some of the Saleslogix <strong>mobile  client</strong> functionality has been disabled or does not work.&nbsp; Based on initial  research into the concerns, running the Saleslogix client on iOS7 will not  function as expected.&nbsp; Two areas have been identified which include  launching a phone call, email or location from Saleslogix mobile and the editing of items. </p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;">Their recommendation is to delay upgrading to iOS7 on Apple devices where Saleslogix is in use until Apple and  the mobile team have had a chance to address any incompatibilities with the  iOS7 Update.&nbsp; Patches will be required to address incompatibilities.&nbsp;  They expect to release a patch as soon as possible to address issues within their  control.&nbsp; We will keep you updated as to when the patch will be available. </p>

<h3 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">&#8211; Desktop Integration Manager on Citrix/Remote Desktop Service </h3>
<p style="margin-top: 0;">
							    We have been working with Sage Development to fix an issue with DTM. The original issue was that this could not be run in the above environments. A user logging in would overwrite the settings of prior users and could not run Mail-Merge/Export to XL. This was because, originally, DTM had insufficient permissions to create the required objects. This has now been <strong>fixed</strong> as of 7.5.4.7117 &#8211; contact us for details. </p>
<h3 style="margin-bottom: 0;">11-May-2011								(Corrected by 7.5.4) </h3>
<h3 style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">&#8211; Mail-Merge and Internet Explorer 9 on 64bit </h3>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">
	                            If you are using Saleslogix 7.5 on 64bit (Win7 x64, Win2008R2 for example), have recently upgraded to IE9 and are running HTML Email Mail-Merges you will find that this fails at the sending stage. The OS reports &#8220;Saleslogix has stopped working&#8221; and the mail-merge does not complete. The event viewer reports:</p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0;">This is a known issue, caused by a change made by Microsoft in the HTML engine, brought in via IE 9. </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">As a temporary work-around you can obtain SLXMMEngine.dll from 7.5.4, where this issue has already been corrected. This can be applied to system running earlier releases of SLX &#8211; such as 7.5.3 or earlier. Please contact us for more details. </p>
